Our store is hosted on Ionos Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES - RETURN POLICY
Certain products or Services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or Services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. Worry-free returns. If something doesn't work out, you can send most items back within 30 days of delivery.* Please contact our office to receive a return authorization number and we will provide you with a return shipping label to send back your item. You must start the return process within 30 days of receiving your item. We inspect all returned items. Products must be received in the following condition to qualify for a refund:
The product must be in new or unused condition unless there is an issue regarding an expired, damaged, or defective item.
The product must be returned with all original product tags in place, and with all product inserts and accessories included. The product must be re-packaged in the original manufacturer packaging (when applicable) and shipping packaging (when possible). Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer in cases of buyer's remorse returns, such as an item didn't fit, didn't like the color/quality, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, bought it somewhere else, etc. We will refund the cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product. Ship the product as soon as possible so it arrives at our facility within 45 days of receipt of the item.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may
exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or Services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
